Mental health difficulties don’t suddenly appear, they develop over time as a result of childhood development, our past experiences, and our current environment. I work in partnership with you using two different styles of counselling to explore the origins of your issues, and to understand the impact they have on your daily life. This combined approach helps us identify unhelpful thinking styles, repeating patterns of behaviour, and the unconscious processes that may be contributing to, and maintaining your difficulties. Through this exploration we can together find ways of  increasing your self-awareness, developing greater inner strength, and furthering your personal growth and emotional wellbeing.
